Our experience includes project management, audio engineering, and consulting for large scale concerts, corporate, and political events. We have been a part of live events for brands such as Google, Facebook, CNN, IBM, Ernst & Young, Dollar Tree, Nascar and more.
We have always had a huge passion for leading and training people and sharing what we've learned. We truly believe that once you become an expert at something, you have an obligation to pay it forward and teach others what you know. And that's what we're building with NLS Technologies. Matt runs our entire warehouse. His attention to detail ensures a flawless onsite experience for our clients and crew. He is also an avid bike rider and RVA native!

Gregg spends his days organizing the warehouses, prepping and de-prepping shows, and driving trucks. He loves anything involving music and events!
Justin has been in the production world for over 10 years. He plays upright bass for South Hill Banks and Dalton Dash. He is the OG member of NLS!
